December 2025: International Real Estate Partners (IREP), a global integrated facility and real estate management company operating across 70+ countries, has announced a strategic collaboration with India Accelerator to launch IREPworkspaces (IWS), a PropTech-driven managed office platform aimed at India’s expanding enterprise and startup market.

The partnership combines IREP’s operational and engineering capabilities with India Accelerator’s access to high-growth startups, mid-market companies and large Indian enterprises. The objective is to offer managed office environments built on global facility management standards, enhanced sustainability practices and integrated technology infrastructure.

Leading this initiative is Prashant Garg, appointed as Country Head.
