Prashant's journey into workspace innovation didn't start in a boardroom; it began on the ground, with an understanding of what businesses actually need. After cutting his teeth as a Management Trainee at PepsiCo in 2006, he found his calling in commercial real estate, joining Colliers International in 2007.

A Decade of Mastery:

For over 10 years at Colliers International, Prashant rose to the position of Senior Associate Director, becoming a trusted advisor in the Delhi NCR commercial real estate landscape. Every negotiation, every lease, every client interaction taught him something crucial: the traditional process of acquiring office space was fragmented, time-consuming, and frustrating for businesses trying to focus on growth.

The Coworking Revolution:

In 2018, Prashant took a strategic leap. As Country Manager for Garage Society India, he led the charge to bring the Hong Kong-based premium coworking brand to Indian shores. Over three years, he navigated the complexities of adapting a global workspace concept to local market realities, launching spaces across multiple business districts and building a thriving community-first model.

This wasn't just about managing spaces; it was about reimagining them.
